CHADD works to improve the lives of people with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder through education, advocacy, and support.
Subscription to CHADD’s e-newsletter, “Center of Attention,” is free. Sign up at their web site. CHADD offers local ADD support groups for those with ADD, and one group (Palo Alto) for partners of people with ADD.
CHADD's bi-monthly magazine, “ATTENTION!” is included with CHADD membership.

ADDA, Attention Deficit Disorder Association
The Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide information, resources and networking to adults with AD/HD and to the professionals working with them, bringing together science and the human experience to help adults with AD/HD lead better lives.
ADD Resources
Based in Washington state, directed by Cynthia Hammer. Membership includes a quarterly newsletter (ADDult ADDvice), monthly e-news, and “The Adult ADD Reader,” a 138-page booklet of helpful articles about ADD with suggestions for managing home, work, and relationships. The booklet and quarterly newsletter can also be ordered separately through their online bookstore. Web site includes a directory of service providers for people with ADD.
